This fit our 2022 Tesla Model Y perfectly. It’s important to follow the installation recommendations closely so you don’t bend or break the slats that insert into the A/C vents. The magnetic hold was okay with a magsafe iphone case, but I recommend installing the included magnetic ring to the back of your case. The hold strength was way stronger with the ring installed to the back of my case. Going over speed bumps or pot holes did not shake the phone loose. Please be aware that the placement of the phone holder as a driver is somewhat limited. I ended up placing the holder on the left side of the steering wheel in the corner by the driver side door. The right side or center doesn’t provide a full clear view of the entire phone screen. This would also be a great option for a passenger for longer road trips so they can view their phone hands free. Overall, I am very happy with this product, even with the small limitation.

2023 Tesla Model 3. Confirmed. It might not work with Highland update, but worked with my 2023 TM3. I liked the way I can install it without any adhesive or anything. However, I almost deducted a star, here’s why: There were no instructions on how to remove it. It felt stuck and I kinda panicked when I first tried! It was actually simple. For those wondering how to uninstall it, I am attaching a video showing how easy to install and remove it! And secondly, it seemed like you’re getting two of these because of the main photo– I’d prefer if they just said “adjust it as you like” or something in that illustration to depict the purpose better.
To take it off, unlatch, slide right, then up. It is actually just reverse of how to install it. Reminder, to install, slide it down in the vent, once it fits, slide it left, secure the latch.
The magsafe is strong, it had no issues keeping the phone in place in any terrain so far. And I guess because it’s hallow, you should be fine using this with your popsocket, given that you have it installed right at the center.

This is nice to use with a Dashboard app, such as the one provided by the “S3XY Buttons” product. With that app you can make your own dashboard and then view it right in front of the steering wheel.

I’m not a super fan of how this looks. It looks more industrial than clean aesthetically although it does work very well. It functions as needed. It holds my phone in place. It stays in place. I just wish I had a little bit of a cleaner look to it.

Easily attaches to the front air vents of Tesla Model Y. The magnetic mount can be straight up, or tilted 90 degrees, so the phone can be in portrait mode, or in landscape. Bit of industrial look, I am happy with the look, many might not like the aesthetic. Strong magnet, phone stays steady.
Price, $9.99, is reasonable, and in lower site for the magnetic phone mounts for cars, specially for Tesla.

This phone holder fits well with model Y. It can stay in place solidly after press the lock button. Looks very modern and stylish. For phone other than apple, as stated in the production description and manual, it needs the metal ring to stick with the phone or else the magnetic is not strong enough. With the metal ring, it can hold the phone in place safely (actually I found it is quite hard to get it off the holder, need quite some strength and force to remove my phone). Overall, this phone holder for Tasla works well, but I still prefer the one attached to the display. This one is one alternative if I want to put the phone in landscape just front the wheel for different use cases.
