Great utensil for touching up however they don’t give as much precision as I was hoping (although infinitely better than the brush they give you with touch up paint). I’ve found that you can get to the smaller chips better using a toothpick to dab small bits of paint on. My biggest recommendation when using this is to ensure that you have enough paint on the brush to just ‘dab’ a small drop on.

I bought these for two purposes. I use them for painting small parts of scale models I build as a hobby. I also use the to touch up small door dings on my car. They work well for both tasks.

I purchased these touch up brushes to fill paint chips on my vehicle. I found I could use them to dab the paint into the prepped chips without adding too much – exactly as I’d hoped. I can also trim off the brush and use the tip for the same purpose. I went with the smallest I could buy, and for my purposes, I’m glad I did. The container they come in allows for easy deployment of the brushes and stores easily. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase and the quality of the item. I would recommend to others and buy again if needed.
