There are + and – marked terminals. The negative terminal is loose but not loose enough to insert the spacer. The positive terminal is too tight requiring removal of tightening screw and prying open before installation. Workable but not designed correctly.

AWESOME!! Installed on 07 Ram 3500 dually mega cab with 2 batteries. All (5) 0 cables fit with ease. Everything tightened properly. Even the questionable plastic covers. If you have a big truck & need new terminals, these are the 1s you need.
