Cable is slightly too long, and the end that goes on the bed (not the end that bolts to the tailgate) has no way of keeping it on so it can just fall right off when you open and close the tailgate. Absolutely would not recommend and I should have expected it to fit the way it does, just wanted something cheap and fast and now I’m paying for it. The old OEM one on the other side is still holding the tailgate up by itself since this one is too long to be useful, now I get to rig something up to make it hold.
