The model years listed for this part have two window guide rails in the rear doors, one in the front and one the rear. This part only has a center mounted guide rail that will not work.

Fit perfect on my short body 2005 Escalade. Not sure if the ESV uses the same part? You just get the part inside a box so may need to search the web if you are not sure how to install. Don’t expect install guides, pics, etc. Great value compared to parts store and works fine. No idea if it will last but worked fine out of the box so giving it 5 stars for now.

Works perfectly. The motor/gear drive was a little larger than the installed part so I had to force some of the fastenings but everything works great. Took 20 mins to install and I’m a mechanical neophyte so all pluses from me. Would buy again.

I replaced the failed window actuator with this reasonably priced actuator and it works fine. Goes up and down when buttons are pressed as it should. Raise and lower speed are normal as is the noise level. It took a bit of time to install as would any replacement actuator.
