This was an easy install, much easier than I anticipated. The new motor is louder than the OEM but that’s hardly a problem.

It bolted to the door with no issues & has a nice long wire harness plug to make electrical connection a breeze. Every mounting point matched exactly with no modifications needed. Also ran perfectly with auto window down switch.
Installed on a 2007 Nissan Xterra S 4X4.
Power window is running faster than stock with equal noise level to ome part.
Hopefully it last as long as the original did.

I got the driver side window lift regulator. It was easy to install. Perfect fit.

This fit my 2007 Xterra perfectly for the front left window regulator. Only difference is the pigtail on the motor is about 2 inches longer but it can be tucked away on the door panel. It works fine with no issues. Will update after couple of months.
