Hummm $300 at the dealership for one that looks the exact same but with a different label or more than half the cost for this one???
Honestly it was my stupid mistake to have to replace the starter. I didn’t look at the water level in the bilge and when I started it up….instantaneous 12vdc to ground due to the starter being ground in the water. Blew the positive lead of the starter right off. No thinking…damn…buy one from the local dealership and pay a huge dealer price or risk it here. Glad I looked to Amazon! So far about 20 starts an it runs perfectly.
My Boat 🛥️ is a Bayliner VR6 with the 250 hp motor. Love the boat and love the starter!
