Part fit like it should, quality seems good, used it to fix a temp gauge issue on my 96 cobra, no issues so far.

Fit perfectly. Works just like OEM. Used on 1992 Ford F250 XLT Lariat (351 Windsor)

A temperature sensor is a temperature sensor but I was looking for the one in the picture that was not brass and I got a brass one I’m going to use it it’s going to work just kind of messed up my theme that I wanted so put a different picture in there of what you’re actually selling cuz I thought it was more of a raw steel stainless like in the picture

Installed on a 76 ford f150. Perfect fit. Perfect function.

Hi Guys, this sensor fixed my problem instantly. Easy to install; the sensor came pre-taped to prevent leaking. If you have doubts that the sensor is the issue; take the wire off of the old sensor and ground it. If the sensor is the problem, the gauge will go full hot or full cold. That is how you will know the old sensor is faulty.

Sensor up and down A little bit works great

Worked perfectly to replace a factory coolant temp sensor on a 94 bronco fullsize. There are two sensors. This one is used ONLY to show the engine temperature on the dashboard gauge. It does not do anything else. There is another sensor that is used to measure coolant/cylinder head temperature for the purposes of feeding the vehicle computer to close the fuel injection loop. That is a different sensor. The symptom of this sensor bad is a problem with the dashboard gauge. There is no check engine light or codes. If you have a check engine light or codes on these (Ford EEC-IV) vehicles, the problem is the other sensor.

Not Much to go Wrong hear,But it’s decent Quality. This is for Your Temp. Gauge It’s not To be Confused with You Coolant Temperature Switch that actually transfer Information to the Computer that effects how rich or lean Your Car Runs. This is to send the Message for the Electric Temp ture Gauge On Your Dash. It May Work with Some that have just the Light. Go by your application. I have seen a few do it Yourselfers get what they are trying to replace Mixed Up. This will not make Your Vehicle run any better Just tell You if the Engine is cold warm or most Important to hot.
