Good quality replacements. Repaired engine misfire.

Fit perfectly and the price was good.

If you’re looking for a good quality coil look no further, these are far better than most aftermarket coils. Standard also makes Bluestreak coils which are a little more expensive but the Standard t series are already a better than factory coil.

These coils are as good as the oem ones.

My grand marquis was idling rough after sitting for a few weeks diagnosing an unrelated HVAC issue. Once the heat and AC were working again, I started getting a check engine light and a rough idle. I used my scan tool to determine that there was a misfire in cylinder #3 of my 4.6L 2V V8. Lucky enough for me, there’s a lot of space under the hood of the car. I unhooked the coil for cylinder #3 and swapped it with another on the same bank. The misfire moved to the next cylinder, so I had determined my issue. I originally planned on sticking with an OEM Motorcraft coil or maybe something like an MSD. But this generic model had good enough reviews and could be at my house the next day via prime shipping. So, I rolled the dice (and decided to swap out the plug for a new Bosch iridium one that could also be there the next day).
In terms of the install, it was painless. It took longer to unhook the air cleaner box and hose than it did to swap the coil and plug. Again, lots of room under the hood helps in this case. It’s been a few months and I have had zero issues. If anything, I have seen a slight improvement in MPGs. If you want a performance setup for your car, maybe don’t pinch pennies and buy the generic coil. For a daily driver that needs to be dependable, this certainly fits the bill.

This ignition coil installed just fine and it fixed my misfire. So far it’s held up nicely too.

When replaced it removed po302 misfire code from #2. Car was running rough and engine light blinking. It was an exact match to old one. Same size. Fast shipping. Hope it lasts. 2004 ford expedition 5.4 triton engine
