Amazing! Many reviews said the smaller strap wouldn’t fit the truck as its a few inches short. Boy are they wrong! My large strap had rusted away and was only being held on by the small strap and a ratchet strap! So I used my truck jack and supported the gas tank and lifted the tank up a smidge and wouldn’t you know – it fit perfectly! No struggling with the straps at all!
Definitely recommended for anyone needing new straps for their 3rd gen ram!

I bought these for my 2005 Dodge ram quad cab, 26 gallon tank. Perfect fit. People are saying they are too short. But they need to jack the tank back up to the original position and they fit perfect!

The rear strap fits but the front strap is about 4 inches short.
I called the number on the amazon get product support page and the rep. For the company told me that Amazon should not be sharing their number (so do not expect any customer service from them).

Perfect fit and easy to install. Looks like a quality product.
Note: You’ll need an EXTRA deep 15mm socket. I tried a regular 15mm deep well and the stud was still sticking out the square drive end. Good thing my corner auto parts store had one. Buy one ahead of time and you won’t have to stop working and run to the store, like I did.

If the listing has not been updated, these are for LONG BED TRUCKS. If you have a short bed, you will need the ST497. I ended up with the wrong ones the first time and dug a little deeper going to the manufacturer website. Good straps, just the wrong ones for a shortbed
