Matched up to original, fit perfect, easy to install. Went to the dealer and purchased a new OEM gas cap. I do not like the fit of the cap! Seams like it should go further, tighter, BETTER! I am STILL getting an error code about every 4th fill up! I’ve tried different brands of caps, new gaskets, modifying gaskets, cleaning, filing and sanding the threads on the throat, and using silicone based lubricants on the threads and gasket all to no avail! So I purchased this, took the time to install it, and dropped another $35 on a new OEM gas cap and still have the issue. I’m pissed! If we worried as much about EXHAUST as we do about invisible, no scent (made up?) “vapors” we could do something about actual pollution but instead we have self-serving idiots making the rules.
