These wires do not fit big blocks. The boots are too tall on the distributor side and have to be cut down or the connectors will pop off. Otherwise its a descent product.

Good quality but one wire is way too short for cyl 7 or 8, and the wire that will work has 2 distributor ends on it but works, I just greased and swapped boots with the too short wire.

The part #’s match up but that is all. Six of the 8 Wires were far too short. Would not recommend this to any boat owner.

Tried to reroute the wires in every way possible. Bought two sets as I have twin 7.4s in my boat. No matter what I tried I had one wire on each engine that was too short. Plug number 3 or 4. Ended up having to use an old wire as we had cruise scheduled.

The 3rd longest wire barely reached the 3rd farthest spark plug. I arranged them by length to stretch the farthest to shortest distance. While these are supposed to fit 7.4L engines, I don’t believe all the wires would reach. Materials used look good and my engine ran with no issues. A 2nd wire had only a little slack while others had a lot of slack.

Installed on my Mercruiser Thunderbolt V8, had to reuse one old wire because the ones left were too short. They worked fine and look good. My distributer is mounted in the rear top of the engine. It was a lot of work to route them through, matched each one with the closest OEM length, all wires were shorter but fit except #4 plug.

Very good quality and they looked great, unfortunately I had to return them as they were too short for my 2000 Mercruiser 5 l TBI.

What an easy to install put them on one at a time too fit the right one. Started after installing with just a touch of the key…. Before would take a few times to start.
And packing was perfect not a lot of packing material.
Highly recommended buying this product… Will be buying another set for back up in the boat.

I did read the feedback from other buyers going from current year (2021) back to 2018 where buyers stated these wires were too short. Knowing so, I still purchased these wires thinking the manufacturer had corrected this problem and, I was wrong. Spend the extra $20-$30 for something like Quicksilver or Sierra and be done with this the 1st time around. My installed was attempted on a 1989 Carver Santego 3467 with 2 Chevy 454’s and I tried to route the cables different. At least 2-3 of the cables did not reach. I also tried taking one cable from one side and moving it to another (flip flop) and that was also unsuccessful. Luckily I purchased 2 of these sets and was able to install on one engine.. Both sets will be returned regardless that I was able to make one side work. Thank you all and I hope you find my review useful. I don’t usually leave reviews but, I would rather you not waste your time. Especially when you would rather be out on the water 🙂
