I really want to love it.
Unfortunatly I am stuck with really liking it.
It is a bit loose as I have a iPhone 6s+ and it is a bit heavy for it.
Now on the brighter side it does hold it, though if I take a solid turn as in a u-turn or something close, I suggest not speeding through the turn rather take your time. (As you should)
It tips and feels loose at times.
My wife has iPhone 6s and it holds it strong and does not have the same issue.
It holds our phones nice and snug and the double sub port with the reader is fantastic.
As I am the main driver, I use it while my wife holds her phone. I rated it based on my use and not hers as for her it would be 4 stars
It is convienent and very helpful. Wish it could be more helpful.
8/17 update: I was contacted by the manufacturer and they had sincere concern over their product.
They took extra steps to stand behind their product and this very much showed that they intend to make a wholesome product.
I thank them for stepping up. I look forward to seeing more of their products.
Also I will be buy one that has a focus on the bigger phones for myself.
While this one we will gladly keep using for my wife and probably buy one for my mom as she has a iPhone 6 non plus. (I don’t like the idea of her jumbling for her phone)

This is my second time purchasing this item. My original purchase was in 2016. It worked so well in my Audi Q7. I have a 12v adapter on the middle console. The charger sits upright and held my phone up perfectly for so many years. The first thing that disintegrated was the foam pads that hold the phone in place. Understandable. Next, the adapter shrunk and was so loose in the socket. In order for it to work, I had to keep turning the adapter in the socket to get a connection so it would charge my phone. I wanted to order a new one but at the time this was unavailable. I bought another brand and it was awful. I just made due with what I had. I finally checked a week ago and was surprised it was in stock. This time the adapter is larger and fits perfectly in the socket. So happy with it. Holds my iphone 13 pro max. One thing I noticed the new one did not come w a cord. You have to provide your own cord. It was fine for me as I had the cord from the old adapter. Buy it, you wont regret it.

I need a car charger that would hold my phone but adjustable so that I could see out my windshield and not block my touch screen. I found it with this cell phone holder/charger. I’m able to adjust it in several ways you can adjust the back of the holder along with the cable that is flexible, it has to USB posts for different speeds of charging. It was easy to put together, maybe 30 seconds. Once you adjust the holder, neither it or the cable move, and is very sturdy and doesn’t bounce around while driving at normal speeds.

This is well made and will fit most phones but it won’t fit all vehicles. My USB socket is set in the facia under the radio. The arm is not long enough to clear, interfering with the gear stick. It does not state that it cannot be returned. However, it also does not state that it can. I have a Citroen C1 and have wasted nearly £30 Not happy

If you have a sports car with bad cupholders, this is your best bet. So far it’s been wonderful and helps. Keep your eyes on the road.

I was really satisfied with this product. It was pretty much exactly what I was looking for in a car phone mount and much more. Most car phone mounts either stick on your window, on top of the dash or on your vent; usually in clear view of other’s prying eyes. I wanted something that could hang a little lower so others can not share the same view of my phone; maybe something that stood on my center console. This product did the trick as it plugs into the car cigarette lighter so adds the function of charging with two usb ports (charging cable needs to be bought separately for your specific phone). I was skeptical about the gooseneck as I thought it would end up flimsy, but it is great as it is very sturdy and clicks in place to hold my iphone 5s. The padded holder adjusts in place to hold the phone very well, whether you want the phone high up (as I do) or a little lower. It also has a ball swivel type adjustment on the back so you can make vertical, horizontal or diagonal adjustments of the phone. And lastly, because the base of the mount plugs into your cigarette lighter, you can also rotate the position of the holder, for example, I can rotate the mount over to share the phone view with the passenger next to me. These 4 adjustments are great and allow such versatility in how you want to position your phone, and again it is very sturdy and stays in place. I’ve had this for about a week and have not had any problems of the phone or mount slipping out of place. I like to keep the phone positioned just to the right of my steering wheel so it’s not distracting when I drive. I’ve actually been so excited about this mount that I’ve raved about it to a few friends.

I have to say having a 2016 Jeep Cherokee has its issues with finding specific positions for cell phone holders. My 12-volt adapter sits very low in front of the gear shifter. I have gone through several cell phone holders that just don’t withstand the weight of my phone on the gooseneck. Today I finally found it! This is the one! The gooseneck on this is extremely difficult to move up and down which happens to be perfect because the tighter the gooseneck the sturdier the phone holder. It’s shorter than the most, much firmer and holds my phone in place I could not be happier!

This phone mount holds your phone nicely. This does not charge your phone. The area to place your charging cable does not get any electricity from your cigarette lighter. I thought maybe I had a faulty unit, so I bought another one. Again the same result. It is hard to push into the cigarette lighter so I made certain that it wasn’t that it wasn’t in all the way that was causing the problem. It was all the way in. Such a disappointment. I returned it twice!
