This plug worked as expected. Plugs into the standard (SAE) plug on most battery tenders and does include a reverse polarity plug in case something is wired differently.

Many Jump Starters and Power Banks do not allow you to keep them plugged in after charging with their AC adapter.
Doing so will burn out your battery unless they specifically state that once charged, they will go into a “Battery Maintain” mode.
Even if they do have a Battery Maintain mode after being fully charged, that only applies if you are charging using the provided AC adaptor.
You can charge these Jump Starters or Power Banks while driving by using their 12v power outlet with male-male 12V cable. Plug the other end of the cable into your vehicle 12v outlet. You need to be careful to monitor the charge state while charging this way. Once fully charged, be sure to remove the plug.
You WILL damage the battery if you keep it charging this way.
Here is the advantage of having this Cigarette Lighter SAE Battery Charger Cable:
Use it with the Battery Tender, or Battery Maintainer you use at home to keep your Jump Starter or Power Bank in a constant full charge ready state. Connect this cable into your Battery Tender Maintainer, and the other end into your Jump Starter or Power Bank.
Even better, by using a 12V to120VAC inverter in your car while traveling, you can use your Battery Tender / Maintainer powered by the inverter to keep your Jump equipment fully charged while on the go with no worries.
Sure, a little investment more than the price of this plug, but the peace of mind is priceless.

We love the depth finder / GPS unit on our larger boat, but had none on
our much smaller ‘fishing boat’. The small boat has no battery, etc. So, I
bought another Humminbird depth finder, a small 12v battery and an inexpensive
plastic ‘ammo box’. The equipment is mounted to the box, making the entire
depth finding system easily removable and transportable. The cigarette lighter –
battery charger cable is for recharging the depth finder battery.
It arrived before the promised date, in perfect condition and is exactly as illustrated
