It’s been a week. I installed them in less than five minutes on my Volvo, and they work great! It’s one of those things that you finally get around to doing and you think to yourself, why didn’t I do this a LONG time ago? I just got married, so that might have given me a little extra reason to make things better and safer, but so glad I bought them and seriously, it’s no joke: EASY, INEXPENSIVE, UPGRADE!

Other users reported this so I was warned. I think the longevity will be good but I had to get a separate set of wipers for the winter because these were loud an chattered…I would estimate at anything below 40F. So, I guess the longevity WILL be good since I’ll likely only use them in the summer months when it’s dry and hot!

I initially liked these blades back in October when i bought them. However as the weather here in northern Ohio turned colder (40 degrees down to 5 degrees so far) these blades do nothing but chatter when operating. I even cleaned my windshield and treated it with rain x yet still they chatter. I give 2 stars only because they may be ok in warm climates, other than that 1 star. Shopping for replacement blades now.

These blades are awesome. Bought them, it fit my vehicle, snapped in and wiped the crud off my windshield. They also had ninja like qualities. When a bird attempted to land on my windshield in a rain storm, they merely scooted them away with a swift toot to the hiny. Best beam wiper blades I’ve owned. How else to rate a windshield wiper blade 🙂

These wipers do not like temperatures below 45 degrees. Design and materials looked good but they are choppy, skip on the glass and are too firm to work during winter in the Northeast. Even after windshield has been heated the wipers streak, bounce and make noise worse than fingernails on a chalk board. Didn’t do it for me and would not recommend. I actually removed them from my car because of the above issues.

They do their job. Plus you can’t beat this price. Worth every penny. They are good quality and wipe every single drop of water and antifreeze. I installed them today and I’m very happy with the result .

Very pleasantly surprised how easy these were to install — took like 5 minutes. My car has the “bayonet” style of wipers FWIW, and instructions were included. I’ve ordered one other set of wipers on Amazon, and those didn’t seem to fit and were a pain to try and install. Eventually the dealer replaced them when I took my car in for a recall cause they said it was “unsafe.” I had basically crammed those in place so they’d stay in the wiper-holder thingy.
I’m driving up I-70 to Aspen, CO in a few weeks for a wedding and really needed to replace my wipers — the passenger side one had peeled off like 50%, so it wouldn’t clean a good portion of the windshield. I’ll report back once I actually drive around in rain/snow with these new ones! I literally just got inside from putting these new ones on the car.
Why I deducted one star: as you can see in the picture I uploaded, a small wedge shape right at the bottom in the middle of the windshield is being missed by the wipers. You can see the fluid/dirt still in place. There’s also a spot on the driver’s side in the bottom corner that is being missed. I don’t know how much of a hassle/annoyance that will be going forward, so I’ll either give the star back if it doesn’t matter or leave it/deduct another. We’ll see. For now I’m happy that this whole process was easy, inexpensive and quick. Thanks SilBlade and Amazon!
