I had a stripped spark plug hole and decided to remove the head and repair without getting filings into the cylinder. The Sierra product was recommended and works perfectly.

Fits perfect came in a bit late due to wrong tracking code provided initially but corrected later. Posted descrip. relates to fitment on a 50hp Evinrude but this really for 5.5 and 6hp from the mid 50s to late 60s. Seller advised.

Head gasket seemed to be of good construction. Fit the head of my ’69 Johnson 6hp engine perfectly. Did have a slight weeping of water from the head bolt that holds the spark plug wire clip. Just needed to torque it down a bit more and no more leaks.
