Made what I thought would be a finicky job, simple and straightforward

  2. TERRY BREWER

Very bad quality. Brand new socket out of the box with a big crack in it.

  3. Chelsea Montgomery

Easy to use, spreading suspension mount point to remove and replace front strut. Well worth the price for savings of time and frustration. These should last pretty much forever, at least for the home mechanic.

Everything appears to be well built with this set. The tools seem to be good quality and the case is very sturdy. I needed a set that specifically had the O shaped driver bits and this one has those and many more. I look forward to not having to struggle with strut nuts anymore!

There are about a dozen of these sets available that all seem to be identical and made by the same manufacturer. I went with this one because it had better ratings and I am glad I did!

If you are doing struts you absolutely need this tool. There’s no question about it. I was able to do the struts on my 2000 Volkswagen Beetle. While I was at it, I decided to do a lift and put mud tires on it. But this tool was absolutely needed. Great little kit. Great quality. I wouldn’t recommend using an impact on it, but it will help you get the nut off the end of the strut.

Hab es zwar bis jetzt nur zweimal benutzt, turlt aber was es soll bei einem Ford Focus Mk1

  7. stephen v

You can tell that this is a cheaper grade product compared to most, but it helped my husband get the job done. They are easy to use and come with a great carry in case.

  8. Bueno le quedo a mi spark 2021

    QUALITY TOOL KIT

  9. Devil’s Hand Diesel

    Cumple muy bien su función

  10. Devil’s Hand Diesel

Used these on my brother’s Transit Connect to spread the knuckles on top for new strut assemblies and on the bottom for the ball joint. The smaller fit perfectly in the bottom and worked beautifully, but we had to add a piece of hacksaw blade to the upper as a shim to get it wide enough. In both cases the tools worked easily and did the job, but they both show noticeable wear after just the two uses.

I wouldn’t count on getting more than half a dozen uses out of them, but for a single use tool they are cheap enough to build into the cost of the job and still be less than the cost of paying someone else to do the job.
