Used one of these for my 2009 lexus gs350 positive terminal- just had to drill the holes on the wire a little larger to fit but these are sturdy and work well for the price

These worked perfectly for me but I do have an older truck. I have nothing bad to say about the functionality but the wing nuts stick up if you have a battery that has very tight space tolerances. I was very worried that my 2004 Chevy Colorado would short out the battery when I shut the hood because they stick up an inch or more than the stock terminals.
I think this is a perfect product as a low-tech replacement that can be very reliable but be aware of the added clearance you will need.

These were inexpensive and fit my 24 series Walmart battery perfectly. They tighten well and don’t feel like they’d strip easily – they go around lead, so there is no need to over-tighten. The studs are high enough that I could put three ring terminals (one with 8 gauge wire – meaning it’s thick) on them and still had room for more. It would have been nice to see some color on them to designate polarity, but there are P and N on them; the red and black wires going to them should help tell you which side is which once they’re installed. One stud and post are 3/8”, and the other post and stud are 5/16”, so you’ll need to use ring terminals that will go over those studs – 3/8” is usually the issue.
