I have several projects that will often sit for months at a time without use, so it’s critical to keep battery tenders on them to maintain their batteries. The traditional alligator clamps most chargers have work okay, but I’ve more than once gone to start one of my projects only to find a flat battery because one of the clamps got knocked off.
With this cable, the eyelet connectors can be directly and securely fastened to the battery, and the wire can be routed so that it can be conveniently plugged in without having to access batteries that are sometimes difficult to access due to having to remove interior panels.
This cable seems to be well made and it works with several of my chargers so it works perfectly for my needs.

I guess I didn’t secure my original battery tender cable well enough and it came out from underneath my side cover and got ripped off on one of my rides. I needed a replacement so I ordered this and I couldn’t be happier. Installation was an ordeal, but that it Harley’s fault for making it so darn hard to get to the battery. After I was able to attach this product and get everything back in order, I plugged the tender in using this cord and it worked perfectly.

The eyeltes that connect to the battery posts are on to two sizes too small. I can change the eyelets but they are located very close to the fuse block on the hot (red) wire. By the time you I use cut the red eyelet off and strip the wire back for a new eyelet, you are very near the fuse block. If you do t have to change the eyelets, this harness will work fine.
