This is the 4th pair I buy, the other 3 did not fit despite seller saying it would fit my 2010 Toyota 4runner These are a little more expensive than most on Amazon, but worth every penny. They work great, excellent quality.

Simple to install and seem to be heavy duty

These are a 3 min install per side. Put a ladder under your lift gate, pop the old ones off, and slide these on. Only requires a flathead screwdriver. Perfect for my 2012 4runner, which previously would not stay open. Now I just have to pull the latch and the lift gate swings open nicely.
