I use this for my transfer case. So many less issues than OEM on my old 4Runner. Never had a problem with Royal Purple – and the name is awesome too.

Used on my f150 manual transmision after clutch and slave cylinder replacement labor drained the entire old fluid now I can’t see difference but the texture is really nice I read a lot of positive comments about this product but I spend my money in this product thinking in no make a fluid exchange on a long long time…. Cons Expensive…

I bought a 1999 Super Duty 7.3 Powerstroke not long ago, and I like to do all the fluid changes as soon as I get a vehicle since I don’t know when the maintenance was done. As stated, I don’t know how old the fluid was that was in there, but it looked pretty clean when I got it out. After changing this it makes a WORLD of difference. The transmission shifts easier then it did, especially when starting up in cold weather, and the truck even feels a little more powerful from less friction. I’ll definitely be using this again in the next 60,000 miles.

They want 20 bucks at most stores. You can save 15 bucks getting it here but check online. I found other stores where it 15-17 a quart with free shipping on orders over 75 bucks. At the time I needed it though they were out. 2002 ford ranger manual transmission shifts much smoother now it was a good change.
