For me, this item was a definite need and it works perfectly. I was looking for a charger for my iPhone and came across this item. What makes it stand out? The retractable cord of course! I have a small compact SUV and the cord is actually long enough to reach over to my passenger seat from the 12 volt outlet. This means that my passenger can charger their cellphone and still use it. It has both the “lightening” and USB-C cable so all iPhones are covered. Depending on your outlet, it will turn on and off with the ignition so no worries about it be left on. Last thing worth mentioning is the “color show”!! It has a nice “night stars” projection button that will turn your roof into a night sky which is really cool and the charger itself a has a rotating color pattern that adds a little pizzazz to your front (depending on the outlet position in your car). If you are in need of a charger and would like that little something extra, look no further.

This just might be the fastest Charger that I’ve ever used; I love its ability to charge my iPhone so quickly! And, I love the Purple, Starry Sky, light show that this charger projects onto the headliner of my car. I also love the multi-colored light effects that rotate on the bezel of the Charger … this Car Charger is Great! Whenever I have someone in my car, who hasn’t yet seen my Car Charger in action, they always comment on just how cool this Charger is, and their next words are, Where Did You Get It? The Car Charger has a built-in, retractable Type-C Charging Cable, and it has a built-in, retractable IOS / Lightning Cable; plus, it has a USB-A port, and it has a Type-C port. The Charger can be swiveled around to suit your needs because it’s hinged.

This device solves that problem. Whether you’re using a USB-C or Lightning plug on your iPhone or Android phone, connect this into your auxiliary outlet, formerly known as a “cigar lighter,” and its retractable cables let you charge two phones as you drive.
Never mind its goofy “Starry Sky“ effect that is entirely optional, whose distracting and mind-boggling glare was unanimously ridiculed and disliked by all my passengers. Its unusually distracting way of projecting little red dots all over the ceiling, into eyeballs, and all over the interior of the car elicited laughs and guffaws, followed by begging to please turn it off. “Is that a laser?” complained one passenger. “What do you think this is, a ‘70s disco?” added another.
Besides that, you can also turn off the backlighting for this device, letting it do its honest work of providing power in the background, as it hides away, out of sight.
Bottom line: I like the way Starry Sky fast charges your phone, which can be indispensable in a pinch. For that, it earns five stars and a permanent place in our car. Thumbs up, not only for the giggles over its odd attempt at psychedelia, but mostly for its innate usefulness.

Love it! Can’t believe it I just saw these on the today show this morning….. these are great and they’re amazing with the stars on the roof. Just be sure to be careful that it doesn’t bother any other drivers while you’re driving, lasers do go up, never want to affect other drivers. As far as the convenience, it’s amazing to have four chargers & the ability to retract charger cords so that your car can stay neat & tidy is worth every penny. BNSTYLE with your cigarette lighter 4 x charger w/stary red lights on the ceiling- now all we need is for you guys to create the stars on the ceiling to act like the Rolls-Royce & do shooting stars! Love this, fun and functionable, great car charger for anyone!

At $18, I consider this worth it. So first, I love the angled body of the charger. This leverages the cigarette lighter outlet for power, and that thing can be in different places depending on the make and model of the car. So whether the outlet is located under your radio or by your beverage holder, you can angle it to what you need. Now, it is bulky, so if your outlet is located in your center console/arm rest, it may not fit properly.
Next, I really like the retractable cords for lightning and USBC ports. So whether you have a new or old apple phone, you can get a charge. Or if you got a phone holder, you can easily get it charged.
Lastly, I have to say, I really love the star projector. Although the stars only come in red, the charger does have RGB lights that change over time. Just overall, cool device. Functional and fun and all at a great price imo.

Great charger. I knew it had the lights when I got this, thought it would be something silly to have, it kind of gets into my eyes at night – but I expected that haha.
There’s a lighting (iPhone cable) and USB C cable that can be used, maybe 2-3ft long? they retract back into the charger when not needed…that is really nice. the extra charging ports are a great addition (one USB C, one USB A).
My vehicle has two cigarette charging ports next to one another, this barely fits when turn horizontally (or parallel with the ground). and I mean barely fits. I turn it just a little bit and it fits fine.
All in all, this was a good choice. You have 2 USB C charging options, 1 USB A, 1 older iphone cable – that’s a good value.
