- 1-7/8″ Diameter Round Port; Chevy V8 – 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L LS2 (’99-’08), 5.7L, LS1 LS6 (’97-’08), includes Vortec, Manifold or Headers, 2/Set
- Port configuration comparable to Fel-Pro 1440
- Heating and cooling of the exhaust system causes header and manifold flanges to warp resulting in gaps between the head and header which Remflex exhaust gaskets seal completely due to the thickness and compressibility of the 100 percent flexible graphite
- Remflex exhaust gaskets come in a standard 1/8 inch thickness and are designed to crush 50 percent allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch
- There are no rubber binders or composite materials in Remflex exhaust gaskets so they will not shrink or harden due to time or temperature eliminating the need to go back and continually retighten your flange bolts

Works great!!

The seal great! They are far less expensive than some other high end gaskets but these are second to none

I bought these because my flange was slightly warped and I was going through standard gaskets rapidly after installing this gasket. I no longer have that problem.

Seals good but package was bent and I could see a couple of small cracks around one of the outlet holes. The package says they cannot be bent at all so I’m hoping it still seals okay. Necessity required me not to wait for an exchange..

Used these on an LS7 in a C6Z – aftermarket O-port headers (flange not properly honed/lined up) against the D-port exhaust ports – these gaskets are excellent!!!! I had a minor leak off the bottom side of the exhaust port – removed whatever $hitty gaskets that were installed originally with aftermarket headers, they’re thick enough to accommodate some minor fit-up/misalignment issues, excellent line-up with all bolt holes. FINALLY sealed up my header leak, the LS7 sounds absolutely glorious now!!!
Will also work with most other LS-based engines with 0-ports – this was a perfect remedy for my D-port issues though!!

Great gasket, a lot thicker and seals very well. I put headers on my 6.0 lq4 and kept getting exhaust leaks from the gasket that came with it. So I ordered these Gaskets and they’re much thicker and Really are the ones you need to seal properly. Seemed expensive at first but absolutely worth it to seal it up headers right.

These are hands-down the best gaskets I’ve ever used on an LS motor especially when you have that small leak you need to get rid of these fill the hole(s) leak(s) perfectly and immediately! Effectively fixes pesky header to heads exhaust gasket leaks! I actually had the right rear cylinder hit or bolt break off in the head and was able to use the doorman bracket to install this new gasket the crutches in there perfectly along with the doorman repair kit bracket the bolts directly to the block itself and the rear of the head to avoid having to pull the head off and remove the broken stud from the header bolt! I would recommend this to anyone who has those issues with your header bolts potentially breaking off and then also upgrade your bolts at the same time to a better quality one for the rest of them before they break off but I really really enjoyed having this piece of this gasket material that crosses into that hole to fill up that space and I’m just so so happy with it and I knew you will be too again extremely effective extremely durable just have to be very cautious when you’re installing them not to bend or break or smooshed before you get it on the actual header or in the area where the gasket is placed once it’s in please it bolts up very nicely and actually crushes halfway then you know you’re filling in the holes perfectly so just be attentive when you’re talking everything down…
Totally recommend this look for using it again and I’ll be happy to my next exhaust leak to find one and use it again LOL!!!
