Seems to be direct replacement for my 12V relays – it printed part has Denso which is OEM for many automakers but this is NOT a Denso part – it’s made by Casalytics
So beware this isn’t genuine Denso which will cost $20 plus not $10

Says it fits 2010 Tundra, it doesn’t. I needs to be the small version to fit the panel in the truck. The return was easy and free so not too awful of an experience.

My Heating and AC went out again in the dead middle of winter. I had just replaced the blower motor about 1 year prior. I tried first by replacing that with yet another new one to no avail, I then replaced the resistor, some fuses here and there and nothing still. These one hour trips to and from work were getting mighty frustrating. After a few weeks of diving through threads and looking for answers, with none of the solutions actually curing my issue and much more money than I had intended on spending, I came across some vague information about this fuse and it’s extremely discreet location under the passenger airbag, on top of where the blower motor fits into place. My hands were too large to manage getting this out, as it is fairly recessed and needs to be pulled upward when taking it out, but my wife was able to manage doing the replacement once she knew what she was feeling for. This was precisely what I needed all along and everything began working again better than it had prior to going out. This could have saved so much time and money had I known about this before. Needless to say, it worked for me, but it may not be the solution everyone needs.

Denso is the company that manufactures most of Toyotas equipment. I knew it would work same as OEM and it did. I replaces a A/C relay in my 2007 Sienna and it worked just like new.
