Husband was excited to receive, but was disappointed it was not a NKG spark plug.

The first delivery of this boxed item turned out to be opened and used by a previous buyer. The box containing the spark plug was a different brand than specified along with the spark plug missing from the box. After initiating the replacement shipment, further inspection revealed that the filter was dirty. A replacement has been shipped, but will need to be returned because the filter size is incorrect.

This kit does not come with the factory style NGK plug and heat range as the pictures and description described. Make sure you order the proper spark plug and stay away from the Denso spark plig that isn’t a direct replacement for the Yamaha engine to use. Used Red Hawk for years but this will be my last purchase. Small things matter in customer service and in an engine.

Order came with Denso W14EPR-U spark plug instead of the NSK BPR2ES which is the advertised and OEM preferred plug. Filters were great though.

Wrong air filter in kit! Good product but wrong part. I want the correct air filter and I don’t want to drive 45 miles to a ups store to return this. You are not able to talk to Amazon anymore. I hate buying something that doesn’t work and no way to take care of problem without it costing me money!! I know I won’t get a response from Amazon.

I ordered this Redhawk tune up kit for my Yamaha golf cart. It came the next day. The box was not sealed. The filter fit fine. When I ordered it I checked on contents to make sure the spark plug was NGK BPRES 2015 which it was. But when I received the order it was a DENSoSparkplug. I tried to check with RedHawk but they told me to contact Amazon trying to make sure the plug was right. They were no help. I had to go to a supply house and purchase the right plug. They said the Denso plug did not work for a Yamaha Golfcart. I received no help from Amazon or RedHawk.

My fault for not checking within the return window. Not for Drive2 at all. Wrong air filter, wrong spark plug.
