Kind of panicked when my wiper broke but it was so nice being able to find one on amazon and have it delivered to home free. My boyfriend was able to install it for me very easily.

The rear wiper for my 2012 Ford Escape had broken. I found this one and liked that it was both the arm and wiper blade and price was competitive. As others have mentioned I probably spent more time getting the old one off, but used a “rust blaster” type product on the mount to help getting the old one off. Mounted the new one, tightened the bolt and in 2 minutes was done mounting the new arm. Works great and looks at least as good as the old one.
