If you follow the directions on how to replace these cables you will have no trouble getting them on.

The back door of our 2008 E350 could not be opened from the outside. It would only open from the inside. It was fairly difficult to change out the cable, but since we replaced the cable it has worked as good as new.
This set of two cables includes a shorter cable for the inside handle and a longer cable for the outside handle. I only used the longer cable, but the shorter one looked like it would work as well.
