Good things ….good price, good fit with all accessories and was a match for my vehicle. Broken in with new other brand rotors with zero noise so far. Good braking ability.
Not so good thing ..Backing plate fell off two pads in transit which didn’t inspire confidence.

Excellent replacement pads. Stopping power is better than OEM. Purchased these with Raybestos rotors great combination.

2017 Suburban. Embarrasing going through carline picking up my kids. Had to replace with local parts store brand. Worse than their pad is their customer service. Email, even called them, they just ignore you. Guess once you get to where you think you are good or big enough, you can start to make junk and ignore customers. Unfortunate, been using Raybestos for my brakes for decades. I also observed like others, circular groves on my rotors. Bought same for rears with new rotors from another online parts store. Rears don’t squeal but will have to replace with other brand as those small groves are appearing on new rotors. Don’t want to replace my rotors the next time I replace pads.

These breaks seemed to work just fine until they heat up and then they squeak terribly. Plus these are extremely dusty so I’ll recommend not buying these.
