Cable set fit perfectly on my 02 4runner. Only had to switch over one mount bracket up by gas tank. Combined with the Dorman rear clam shell repair kit and my parking brake system is like brand new. Highly recommended!

Not a super hard job – the only really tricky part was removing the bracket over the gas tank. I scraped the crap out of my arm on the exhaust. Watch out how you route the cable – be sure to match the original. Changing anything after it’s in place can be frustrating. Removing the brake handle assembly was not that difficult either, the most hassle was disconnecting the various buttons. I bought brake drum assembly parts, but they were not needed. You can do it!
