Even though “amazon confirmed fit” reported this as NOT fitting a 2003 Ford E350 SuperDuty, it is in fact the correct cable. I had previously bought two other cables that were reported as fitting but their dimensions were incorrect. My conclusion is that the OEM ford parts catalogue is not completely up-to-date, and this error is inadvertently mirrored by the after-market manufacturers. The only real way to insure you are ordering the correct cable is to remove the old one and determine four parameters: inner cable length, housing length, and the shapes of the fittings on each end of the inner cable. You may have trouble, as did I, finding that information in the on-line description of the cable. You will have to cross-check part numbers from multiple suppliers till you find one who bothered to post those parameters, or go into a real store and measure it yourself, or take your chances and be prepared to return cables till you get the correct one.
