Great replacement for the 06 v6 Highlander fits, looks, reads like OEM.

Don’t know if it will last but it fits perfectly and looks to be nearly identical to the OEM radiator cap (which is still working after 22yrs) that came on the car. Can’t speak to tolerances, but the build looks the same to the naked eye. Am happy with the purchase.
