This is an excellent mount, better than Blendmount, which is triple the price. I had to alternate between the driver and passenger seats to secure both sides of the mount. I had to find an alternative to the cup suction, which I was buying at least twice a year and which failed in the Georgia heat. This device is strong and sturdy; make sure you pick this up.

Where has this been? I’ve gone through two competing mounts for my redline 360c and both would constantly get loose and if you overtightened would strip plastic components, but not this mount! In addition the plastic clamp would crack from the heat and weight and magnet would fall out of its plastic holder, but not this mount!
This mount is ALL metal, has a rubber antislip ring on the balls, and the clamp is hand adjustable to the tightness required to hold the detector steady on even the bumpiest roads. I LOVE this mount and wish I found it sooner. And another bonus, it’s half the cost of the competition!

Doesn’t fit a Max 360. The newer Max 360 has the magnet mount this magnet mount doesn’t sit flush, if you attempt to tuck the tab under the lip like it is supposed to do it is worse. It sits at a slight angle meaning only half the magnet is touching, the very first bump and this $500 radar with come crashing down, no thanks. Returning ASAP.
It seems like it’s very well made and will last a long time but like I said this magnet mount won’t work with a Max 360.
FYI there are 2 versions of the Max 360 the only difference is the mount. Pre 2019 model has the long clip that slides in, after 2019 they switched to the square magnet.

Pleasantly surprised I was, when I opened this package and saw that this radar detector mount was very well made. It is made out of metal, not plastic. It has articulations which contain rubber to prevent slippage and connections which allow for another mount to be directly connected to it, to allow for 2 items to be mounted together. For example, you can have a camera and a radar detector mounted. It seems to be a good value for the money and I would, and will probably be, buying another one.

Wish I’d found this radar mount before spending over $120 for my trucks mount. Needed another radar mount for my other car as I’m constantly carrying the radar detector from truck to car. Those suction mounts always end up falling no matter what after about 6 months! So tired of paying for a new one continuously! Decided to try this one and I’m totally blown away by how well it works and more importantly the quality! Just as good if not better than the $120 I paid for i put in my truck! I don’t think I’ll ever need another one! Highly recommend this!

Every windshield mount I’ve tried, including the suction cups, the 3m adhesive, and Escort supplied mounts fail in the heat of the summer. This mount fit perfectly under my rear-view mirror on my 2018 Chevy Tahoe Premier… easy to install and secure.. Some reviewers mentioned that the magnet was either weak or didn’t fit the Escort mag-mount. It’s tight, but it fits and I haven’t had any issues with it falling off, even when I’ve gone off-road.

Not sure why some people are saying they have to shave it down and modify it. It fit my Escort Max 360 MKII just fine. No issues.
My only issue is that this did not fit my mirror in my Tesla Model 3. It makes it so that you can’t properly adjust the mirror after.
I ended up buying a different one that attaches from the right side of the mirror stalk instead of all the way around it. That one allows me to move the mirror around. This one does not.
