First one arrived quickly and worked well. The second time I ordered one it arrived dented but they are sending me a replacement. Dented oil filters can damage your engine and should not be used even if it looks okay. The reason I’m giving 5 stars is because the product is excellent and the company was quick to replace a damaged product.
