It’s a quick silver product and I’m sure it has been tested but unfortunately it’s winter in nj and can’t use it till April but I’m sure it will work like it supposed to. The only issue is that the paper that is on the can was ripped , so why didn’t they just sent a perfect can. It won’t affect the product but it does show me that they didn’t care. But I care.

We live in northern Michigan where salt is used extensively. After power washing underside of vehicles this spray was used to neutralize and prohibit future rust. It will need to be reapplied over time but does not seal in corrosion the way that undercoating does.

Product coats rust and oxidation and seals it. It looks like the metal had been renewed. I tried another product that coats the corrosion in green foam and it came right off. This spray stays on. I wouldn’t recommend it for moving parts. I put it on some steering rams but wiped it off because it dries tacky. For anything else likes wiring, exterior surface of engine, lug nuts, aluminum brackets, tow hitch receivers etc … it’s fantastic. Worth the money

If you launch your boat in saltwater( even freshwater) and dunk your trailer, you really need this stuff. Power wash your axles and springs and let them dry thoroughly for a day or two. Take a wire brush and remove any rust that you might have. Spray liberally on axles and springs. DO NOT get on brake discs or brake parts that move. It will gum them up.(Don’t ask me how I know). I do this for the winter lay up and then about 1/3 the way through the boating season. Can be used on galvanized wheels and trailer bolts too. My last boat trailer was 12 years old when I sold it and was rust free. Highly recommended.

I used this spray can product in conjunction with a few other rust preventative claiming sprays to undercoat my new SUV underbody and frame to offer some salt and brine to metal corrosion protection this Winter. The cans go quickly since they are only 11 oz. only covering about 6-7 sq. ft. They leave behind a waxy clear finish not many drips seen coated the target surfaces to about 10 mils thick if I had to guess. It should hold up well over the Winter salt blast coming our way. This one did not have the heavy petroleum like smell while spraying like the CRC products did. Will update this review to let you know how well it holds up.

Stays tacky no matter how long you try to dry it. No where on the can does it say tacky. So if you are looking for a clear coat steer clear of this garbage.
