I read the other reviews that talked bout how these switches are unreliable. I should of heeded that advice. These switches are un mitigated junk. switch does not stay on consistently even though the button does latch.

The fit and finish of the switch is very good. I haven’t had to use it much yet, so we will see how it it holds up over time. The wiring diagram was not in the box or not helpful. I looked up online and found one that worked. I didn’t wire it to accessories, but may in the future. In other words if someone is not paying attention and left it on it would run down the battery. As of now I would order from this company again.

I ordered two of these for a 2013 Toyota 4Runner SR5. The switches are great quality and seem to be well manufactured. The wireing is nice and long. I installed one today on my front bar, behind the grill. The issue that I had was the Switch has 4 wires and the harness has 3. After some deep diving on the internet I found the way that the switch needs to be wired up. I put the switch in the dash port and it would not stay on. I pushed the switch, gently, on all surfaces of the switch when it is in the dash and it turns on then off. I slide the switch out of the dash and it works as it should. Am I missing something here? Is there supposed to be a spacer behind the switch? I am going to try the other switch that I ordered and see if that one does the same thing. I may just have a bad switch. I will update later.
UPDATE:
I was able to add some electrical tape (3 pieces) to each SIDE of the switch to act as a spacer on the sides, this makes the switch functional for what I need. The best part is, now that it is starting to wear out, I can add another piece to either one or both sides and it will still work.

I bought one for my FJ last year and I had zero issues.
Bought one for my Tacoma and when installing it the 4 wire plug wouldn’t come unplugged easy at all once it was plugged into the switch.
When wiring it up the main red wire came out of the pin. It was a real pain to get out and to re crimp and change out.
But once everything was re installed and heat shrunk good to go.
Not sure if there is anything else I could have bought, but it does the job.

The switch fit perfectly where it should and the wiring was correct in my 21 4Runner. 3 stars as the switch itself was a little sticky at first and I had to trim the back of the switch where the factory notches are in order for the switch to push far enough in to turn on and off. But with a little know how and trimming, it works great now.
Looks fantastic like Toyota had put it there for me!

Perfect fit for my 2016 Toyota 4Runner SR5. Easy to install. Light bar wiring may vary, so the wiring harness colors might not match perfectly. You’ll need to figure it out but there are several videos on YouTube that can assist. Solid product and way cheaper than competitors!
