Purolator was a known quality brand, these were made in Mexico. They fit as they are supposed to and seemed to be of high quality. Contrary to what Amazon’s fitment guide says these filters WILL fit a Mercedes S430.

This product does not fit my 2012 c350. It is simply not the correct size. It is too small. The correct dimensions should be approximately 7.75″ x 16.75″. I need to get a refund and I need the correct air filter for my 2012 c350. Pl3qse help.

A34838 fits Mercedes c300, however bear in mind the c300 uses TWO engine air filters so be sure to buy them two at a time
Update:
Installed the two filters (ordered on separate dates, see previous review) and noticed that the two were slightly different, although the Purolator part numbers were the same. On one of the filters the rubber gasket portion was orange colored, while the other was colored black as seen in the photo. The orange-gasketed filter was slightly smaller in dimension than the black-gasket filter, although both fit in the Mercedes C300 airbox and appeared to seal well. Not a huge issue, just an FYI

I ordered one of these for my Mercedes C300. It requires 2 but I had purchased one at the autoparts store for $35. When I realized it needed 2 I looked on Amazon. It was half the price at just $18. Two at the autoparts store would have been $70… 2 on Amazon is $36… great savings and they looked and fit just like the OEM Mercedes filter.
