I am also running these in a 3.8L Dodge Caravan. So far, my experience is positive! I was running NGK R Copper plugs before these. They were 5 years old with about 20k on them. The van ran smooth and well.
With these iridium A-premium plugs, the van runs EVEN SMOOTHER, and is up on power. Its not just the butt dyno. Its very noticeable. This engine is a waste spark system, so it might have worn out the coppers. These A-premium plugs are iridium, so that definitely counts here.
The plugs look very well made, NGK standard, nice thread, quality metal, and no spot welds, laser welded like NGK.
Too early to tell ( Its only been 3 days), but there is a difference with these, and if they last, I recommend.

Direct fit without any issues. Always check the gap before installing. For 2018, F150, Screw, 2.7, the gap was too open and had to be closed.
Definitely recommend.
