My biggest regret without realizing was this was the same supplier/merchant I bought replacements from this week to fix the P0302/P0303 error codes. Going to buy OEM now that I know these are same POS coils that failed leaving my wife stranded in the cold, dark and scared… These coils don’t even deserve a 1 star review but I had no choice if I wanted to leave a review.

Like the headline says. I reached out for a replacement and got a “oh no, the 30 day warranty has expired. You’re going to have to pay shipping both ways to get a replacement now and we won’t send a new one until you send the old one”. Awful. The warranty (past the Amazon mandated 30 days) is a joke. Avoid!!

I purchased these not very long ago at all, in the first three months, one of them failed, and tested bad (shorted out). The scary part is it caused my car to misfire so horribly that the car stalled in a very busy city intersection. I had to have the car towed, the shop cost was $250 to replace the shorted pack. I thought, okay it could very well just be a fluke bad part and let it go. Well now right around the 5 month mark, another one is shorting out. My mechanic is a Subaru specialist who ONLY services these cars. He said that there was no other short in the electrical system. That confirms that this is a very unsafe product that could lead to serious injury or even death. Imagine how much this simple poor quality product may cost if a lawsuit came out of an accident proven caused by a stall failure on the part of this faulty design of coil pack. It is just not worth it. These are a recipe for disaster. When I spoke with my good friend who is a highly knowledgeable corporate attorney, he recommended that this product should be pulled at least until it has been redesigned to meet a higher standard of quality and a more stringent electronic tolerance standard. It is only the right thing to do. Please think about the families out there, your loved ones. I am not demanding a refund, but I do not want these in my car or anyone’s for that matter.

Felt cheap dispite the price, placed it into the well but the grommet ripped out of the assembly. I now have to take the cylinder head off to get the fuken grommet out.

These worked perfect for about 1month then the car needed 3 new ones again. The car was shaking and the check engine light came on. Sorry , but do not buy these !!!!!

Car is running like new. I had to replace the head gaskets on my 2010 Outback and decided to change these since I had easy access while the engine was out. Put in a new set of plugs and a new clutch at the same time. Car is running much better than before. If I can get another 330000 KM I will be super impressed with this car.
