This transmission pan is so far superior to the stock, stamped sheet metal pan. Not only does it have a drain plug, but it’s extra capacity and cooling fins make it a necessity for the life of your transmission.

My mechanic loved the quality on the new trans pan. I have bad shoulders and didn’t want to bath in trans fluid. The new pan has a low mounted drain hole, reducing the chance of a red shower next time. He told me that it was a lot tighter fit getting it in.
