Needed rotors and brake pads for 2014 Chevy Malibu LTZ
and debated whether to buy local or on line. Selection found nearby offered parts that were about 2X the price so bought this package. Listing confirmed these fit a 2014 Malibu LTZ. They did NOT! (even the mechanic confirmed) You can see in the photos they are larger diameter than original rotors. Caliper housing will not fit over them. Useless! Thought I made an error, selecting wrong auto details or rear rotors, etc. Not so. Listing clearly states these fit my exact model. Now processing a return and ticked with Amazon. I expect to get my money back although it’s more about the time, frustration, and ultimate expense incurred. Under time constraints, I had little choice but buy parts from the garage which cost $240 instead of the $100 here.
I read reviews for this one including one claiming these parts didn’t fit their vehicle. Thought about just bypassing but chalked it up to probable buyer error. This is the only time I bought auto parts here and it proved costly. That does it for me: Can’t trust it so anything needed for a vehicle will have to be very generic for me to consider Amazon again.

No fuss, great fit. The dealership had quoted my wife $425 to replace the front breaks and rotors during her last visit. This kit is very nice. It comes with high temp lubricant, replacement pad clips, and of course 4 pads and two rotors. The only thing missing (and this may be Equinox specific) is the Torq screw that holds the rotor on the wheel hub. These can tend to get seized in place and possibly get ruined when trying to remove it. Fortunately, mine came out without issue.
All in all, it took maybe an hour to do both front rotors and all the pads and we saved quite a bit of money in the process.

Perfect fit and brakes feel great again. Used these to replace the brakes on my wife’s 2016 Terrain that was having issues where the rotors were warped from hard braking. These fit perfectly went on easy. The only thing I would recommend is making sure you have the right size star wrench/bit to be able to use to get the rotor off. They give you a little wrench for this with this kit but my bolt was too rusted for the little wrench.
Overall great kit, would definitely recommend, and will buy from these guys again for my next brake job!

I ordered this brake kit and had my boyfriend put them on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. The kit came in a medium box in perfect condition, all pieces were brand new, shiny, with no nicks or scratches. He installed them in about 15 minutes (I think it was the first time they were ever changed since I bought the vehicle last August). I will definitely be ordering from now on!
