    Haven’t installed the rears yet but installed the fronts and they are really good pads and rotors. I saved a fortune over the $950 estimate that Midas gave me for fronts and rears when I had them change my oil. Only time will tell with rotors so I’ll update my review if they warp. Came with new clips to hold to calipers. Pop off the old ones and tap in the new ones. They also came with rubber boots for the caliper bolts but they seemed too large for my Prius plug in’s calipers so I carefully removed mine and cleaned the bolts and degreased with caliper grease inside. Great deal on these. Been doing brakes for 50+ years now and the quality is very high on this set. My originals lasted 80k but they usually last a long time on Prius’ with regenerative braking as you don’t use the brakes as much.

    These are a great front brake upgrade for my 2012 Lexus CT200h. The whole swap took about 1.5 hours total to do both sizes. Could have been a little quicker without all of the little clips and stuff, but the kit was complete for a full refresh of the front brakes. Rotors, pads, anti-rattle clips, caliper slide pin boots and plunger thing, silicone grease, the whole nine yards! The only thing that was not included were the caliper slide pins, but if the previous brakes were properly installed, they should still be in good enough shape to reuse as long as they are not corroded.

    The stock brakes on my Prius were great but we’re starting to fade and rotors were warping. I replaced them with these and no more vibration on high speed stops. Car stops even better than before which is impressive considering the brakes before would stop on a dime! Easy install (YouTube videos) took me about 1.5 hours because I cleaned and lubricated everything.

    I’ve been the owner of my 2011 Toyota Prius since 79k miles. It’s now at 100k and needed new front rotors & pads. I got these installed at the local shop and it feels like I’m driving a new car. I haven’t tried yet, but I suspect them to be beneficial with mountain roads due to the drileld holes.

    When my rear brakes need replacing, I’ll definitely be replacing them with this Power Stop set.

    (Initially, the right rotor would make a thud sound when disengaging the brake after coming to a full stop. However, that quickly fixed itself after driving and breaking it in a bit in less than a day. Just took a long drive and the issue completey went away. Some shops will actually go drive it and break in your brakes for you.

    The original delivery and the replacement delivery both came with the brake pads looking like this. The inner plastic torn open completely and all of it absolutely filthy with brake shop grit and grease. Clearly not usable product. The brake pads appeared to have never been installed but destroyed none the less.

    I have always used PowerStop brakes and rotors on my cars, and my 2010 Prius was no different. They will easily outlast the life of the car itself. The brakes I removed were the original OEM, and they had about 40% life still left, but I really wanted to do them so that I could get it out of the way, but to also upgrade the stopping power.

    These kits are wonderful, and I will continue to buy them.
