Seems like quality parts, have not had the chance to install them yet. Will update once I do get them installed. Finally installed the front rotors and pads and broke them in as instructed. Was very impressed because the stock rotors had warped and vibrated very bad when braking. I’ve had them on my 2004 Silverado for about 6 months now and unfortunately now they have warped and are now vibrating when I apply the brakes. Going to contact Powerstop and see what can be done about the warping. Not sure if the rotors can be turned because of the slotted and cross drilled rotors. Had been very happy with them up to this point. Was hoping that the slotted and cross drilling would keep the heat down enough to keep the rotors from warping. Also I don’t tow anything with my truck and I don’t drive it daily. May have put at the most 6,000 miles on the new rotors and pads so I’m at a loss as to why the would already be warped.

We purchased this kit and it arrived quickly.
We ordered these for our 2005 Silverado SS and they fit perfectly.
But, you should always check the manufacturer’s website fitment page to make sure. We checked before purchasing, so were confident that the parts would fit. Most of the problems we saw on the reviews were because they didn’t fit the vehicle they were ordered for.
If you have a Silverado with rear drums, it is important that you check with the manufacturer’s website to be sure you are getting the correct ones.
We installed it and everything fit correctly and followed the break in procedure and these brakes work great.
It is important that you follow the break in procedure correctly. Having dealt with ceramic brakes before, we knew how critical it is, so were careful to follow the correct procedure.
The kit comes with the glides, boots, pads and the proper grease for the bolts.
But be aware that if you are going to replace the boots on your caliper bolts, you will want the correct tool to install them, to prevent tearing the boot.
It is possible to use a deep socket of the correct diameter, but some parts stores might rent the correct tool to install them.
Good quality and a good upgrade.I will be buying this brand again.

I had EBC slotted and dimpled rotors for several years with another well known brand of pads. Either Wagner or Raybestos. I can’t remember which. They always had very poor cold stopping power. The pads we’re wearing and sticking to the rotors filling the dimples and slots and making them very rough. I put the Power Stop rotors and pads on, broke them in following the instructions exactly and they work very well. The truck stops smoothly with no noise and they work well cold.
Update: I’ve had to make a few very hard stops in heavy traffic. These brakes grab so well they keep my tires on the fine edge between lock up and rolling. They never worked that well before. I can’t give these brakes enough praise.

Very upset with this item. No where on the page did it say that these rotors and pads were meant for a truck that had rotors front and rear. Apparently since mine had brake drums in the rear its a different size rotor and pads. We didn’t find this out until my truck was all pulled apart and I had to pay my mechanic extra to run to the parts store twice. Once to get pads then after we put everything together I drove it and it started making a grinding noise because the rotors ended up being smaller than factory ones. The second time i had to pay my mechanic to drive to the parts store to get the correct rotors. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for years without any problems until now. Slotted rotors are the way to go. Better stopping power and less chance of warping because of less heat. I was jittering to a stop but now stopping is smooth as butter.
These installed where the OEM were originally and had zero issues with fit. Now I can slam my breaks on and not feel like the front end is falling apart.

The kit comes with everything needed including new rubber caliper pin boots. I replaced the calipers also so I didn’t need the extra parts but the parts are all OEM quality if needed.
Performance after installation is excellent. No noise and a great feel to the brakes. The plating on the rotors makes them look like wristwatch parts. This is a very nice feature if you live in the rust belt where the roads are salted every winter. This is my 5th vehicle retrofit with PS parts and I’ll never buy another brand. The ceramic pads leave zero dust and stop like no other.
