First upon opening the box the brake pads are clearly used and not new as advertised. They are about half the thickness of new brake pads. And you can see all markings on the back of the pads showing that they was mounted on to a vehicle previously. Everything in the box is dirty and covered in brake dust. The worst part is I already had my car jacked up and torn down waiting for these pads due to mine being metal to metal. So I have to use these until next week when I can order another set of pads along with some rotors. I highly do not recommend this brand to anyone for any reason.

Ceramic brake pads are the only way to go unless you like washing your wheels every week. These pads are very clean, easy installation, quiet, and perform well. Good product.
