It made a lot of noise immediately after installation, but eventually quieted down. Perfect fit. It did not come with the upper o ring, but I was able to find one locally. Seems to be fine now with around 2000 mi of use.

Works great. This does not have the serpentine belt holder with it. My mechanic was able to take off my belt holder and attach the pump to it. I am able to make smooth turns. Works great on my 05 honda accord ex
