Replaced the old style in the Tahoe to stop the annoying hyper-flash that the led bulbs created. I tried other methods all over videos on the internet that wasted money and didn’t work. This took care of the hyper-flash all by itself. The reason hyper-flash happens is the older style is expecting a specific range of voltage for turn signals that are more than LED require. This unit takes care of that by using a larger range of voltage that normal bulbs and LED bulbs require. I have a mix of both on my turn signals and haven’t had any problems.
