It works and fits just like the OEM part I replaced it with. It is slightly louder when locking then the original but it’s not a deal breaker. The installation was quick and easy. It took me under an hour to complete the work. Removing all the panels and being gentle not to break any of plastic clips took longer than the part replacement itself. So far so good for the price I couldn’t pass this up
