It’s good, I like it since it fits even with the phone cover! (Phone cover is really thick and heavy) You can rotate it and is very helpful.
The suction part is basically a sticky part but is very strong.

UPDATED 8-16-22:
I was able to get in touch with the seller and they immediately sent a replacement which I have been using for a few weeks now. I noticed that this one seems to have an improved suction cup (see the last 2 pictures with it in my hand), so I hope that will help this one last longer than the first. I updated my review to 5 stars after the responsive customer service and the fact that I received an updated product. (I am assuming this complaint is common and perhaps they have updated after receiving feedback.)
This phone mount was a great buy compared to the traditional windshield-mounted devices, but that was before it broke today (exactly 2 months to the date when I received it). As you can see from the pictures, the suction cup works a little too well and the mount came off the cup at the bolts. I haven’t been overly aggressive with it and am disappointed it only lasted two months. I hope the seller will replace it with one that won’t break; if they do, I will update my review.

I like that you can have your phone horizontal for real time driving maps.
Also that you can have a cable charger attached whether you have your phone in the holder either vertically or horizontally.
When horizontal it also is less of an obstruction of view.
Also it rotates nicely and attaches easily to the dash.
This is probably my best car phone holder of may purchased. I like NOT having it attached to my windshield.

I gave it 5☆ for everything except the holder itself and heres why! The only reason it got a 4 ☆ was bc when its in its upright position (standing up) no matter how far forward or back u have it the glare from the sun is awful…and ive tried it with differant phones not just mine and from the passengers seat ad well. I have to always turn my phone sideways and sometime i need it and like it long and sleek therefore it got 4☆s otherwise the 360 motion having the ability to havr it both ways😉 and the suction is wonderful on this puppy and very easy to install. This was Good for the Price!

I like the vertical and horizontal positions. and also you can spin it 360*.
its sturdy and its a good quality build. but you can break it if you put too much pressure on the parts. (PLASTIC)
CONS:
Will not work on all Dashboards. (need a flat clean surface 5. inch area to work)
any stitching or speakers on dashboard this will not work..

top part uses plastic loops that are attached to a metal screw on the base. They will eventually break because plastic will not last when it is constantly being pushed up and down on a harder material, i.e. metal on the base. It will work for a while but it is impossible for it to last more than 6 months if you are using it everyday for a daily commute. the plastic will eventually wear out and break off the metal screw and the top part will consequently fall off. I was using it every for month and that’s when it broke. right after, the free returns period ended. perfect timing.

The concept behind this thing is really good. The material is good and adhesion is really good as well. I love that swivels so that you can turn your phone to face a different direction easily. Wait what I don’t like is that it sucks heat so much sitting on the dashboard. Because it is close when I’m not using it I feel like there’s so much heat inside it that when I do put my phone it gets overheated. I would not recommend using this in the summer because 100% of the time my phone died from overheating while using it.
