It worked awesome it’s the only way to go when working on a hydraulic clutch

The part was a perfect fit and fixed my problem of a soft clutch in my 97 trans am. A little tricky to install on the backside of the firewall but a definite DIY job with some patience and a helper.

everything in good working order. price good and quick delivery

I just got around to getting my car fix I was waiting on the Trans to get out of the shop, but I got a bad part from you but I’m 1 day over from the warranty I guess any way we can do exchange?

Purchased for my 1997 Chevy Camaro z28. The part # looked correct, but the master cylinder push rod was almost 1inch shorter. The clutch pedal didn’t comeback to neutral (not pressed) position. Had to force/pull the pushrod from out of crimped tube and re-crimp it with bolt cutters. Works fine now. Disappointed. Its advertised as OEM and direct fit.

Everything seemed fine until my friend and I got it installed. The travel on the clutch pedal is roughly 4 inches. The only thing we changed about the car is the master cylinder and slave cylinder assy, so we’re very sure I got a defective unit. I’m not able to exchange it for a new one, so I need to reorder and return the defective unit :/

Part looked good, fit perfect

This is the way to fix hydraulic clutch problems on a T56 transmission. Much less hassle than replacing a slave cylinder and bleeding it. Also eliminates problems with the reservoir plastic resulting from age. It’s a bit of a bear to get the master cylinder installed, but that’s because of GM, not this product.
