Well made and useful for up to 3 vehicles at 1 battery per vehicle. Stop battery housing corrosion before it starts to run your battery post (12+ especially).

I took a leap of faith, to try to ensure corrosion would be halted or minimized. To save $90, which my mechanical maintenance shop would charge, I purchased 3 items for about $35 to clean them myself, not really KNOWING some would help slow the process of routine corrosion (which I read) could diminish my battery charging capability. I currently need time to gauge the impact of choosing the rings, but the product appears well- made and fits my terminals. They also assist to prevent misidentifying the polarity of my terminals, & at a decent value. I cleaned and added these to my 2 cars’ batteries after cleaning the mess from the batteries & terminals. I’m pleased even if the fiber-filled felt doesn’t stop the corrosion. I also bought and applied terminal protectant spray, from CRC to terminal connections and terminals. Now that batteries have become so expensive, stopping corrosion is much more of value to me. I hope they actually help.

What can I say? These are felt washers to put under the battery connectors on a vehicle. These serve that purpose. The color coding helps for instant identification when attaching a charger or jumper cables.
However, I don’t recall not having any of these on an auto battery over the 40 years I have been driving, and I have no idea what would really happen if they were omitted. Probably not much.

Honestly, I don’t know if these washers work. My truck has two way radios installed and there is always a mini battery drain. This mini draw causes battery corrosion at the terminals. I have installed these washers after cleaning the battery terminals in hopes for slower build up of corrosion. My other truck has the same issue and I installed similar fiber washers. In the other truck I couldn’t notice any decrease in corrosion at the terminals. In both cases the trucks are work trucks so little attention is paid to the battery until the trucks don’t start. In summary:do these washers work? I not sure but I have sets on both service trucks.

Bought those as I was changing car battery. Does the job, nice that each set is packed in separate pouche so won’t get dirty waiting for the next battery

My vehicle has 2 batteries so this works with a spare. Beyond that it’s felt so it soaks up extra battery corrosives and is colored to denote positive and negative terminals.
It do what it do.

They are pretty much as described. The pads are also precut for larger battery terminals, so you can simply pull out the inner ring to get a larger diameter hole. They install very easily.
Do however take note that the extra thickness can push your battery clamp off the top end of the battery post. This is not a problem with solid battery connectors/ clamps, but if its the sheet metal types, there may not be much to grip with the upper ring of the clamp.
It is too early to tell if they prevent corrosion.
