The relay doesn’t save settings so I have to switch off all the lights every time I start vehicle. No customer support. Company website email address is restricted, and no response from Messager or YouTube.

My iPhone will not see it on Bluetooth or in the app. Yes the lights are on. Yes the blue light is flashing. I am waiting now for the west coast to open so I can call for help.
Update- Tech support was great. The product works great. Very low latency. The only flaw for me is that you still need a switch to power on before you can use the app. It would be great if it remembered position and setting when the switch was off. So when the switch was turned on the light was not at full blast. But I get why it works that way. So if your phone is not working you can still turn on the lights.

But..
At this time (April 3rd 2024) you can’t directly load the app thru Google Play, if you’re using higher than Android 10.
I side loaded onto my android 14 device and, while it shows up on my screen. It won’t open to even test the relay.
I will keep my eyes out and honestly will likely re-purchase when I can download their app. But I returned it because at this time I can’t use it and I didn’t want the warranty to expire before it was even logically usable.
I’ll happily remove this if I get it to work someday.

If you use an android phone, this product is great. Unfortunately I use iPhone and I am unable to pair with the device.

The relay seemed like a nice quality product but it would not connect to my iphone via their app. I saw many complaints in the reviews. When the relay has no power, it is in the normally closed state and you use the app make it open. This relay was for the starter, so as soon as I plug it in, the engine cranks over. While the motor is cranking over with no key in the ignition, I’m trying to connect the app to make the relay open. It is as stupid as it sounds. I boxed it back up and returned it. I ended up buying a No-Start remote control relay from Mobilistics. The relay with one remote was $98 and $30 for an extra remote. It took 1 minute to install and works great. It was twice the price but it works perfectly right out of the box. They sell other auto related items too. I spoke to their tech support before ordering it and they were super.

Terrible reliability and difficult/impossible to connect to either iPhone or Android device. Bought two initially and they worked fine, so purchased 4 more and they were a complete waste of money and time. They would not pair or if they did adding one caused both to cease working.

It worked the first couple times, then I tried to use it these past couple days and it wouldn’t connect. So I tried to reconnect it, I enter the default pin, then enter the new pin and confirm. It goes away and come because then tells me to enter another pin. I did this like 10 times so I then tried to reset the relay and it’s still doing the same thing. Idk if it’s the app or the relay clay song issues but I’m really not that happy with it.

Couldn’t get it to work. Wouldn’t “power” up and could never get it to connect.

Such a cool concept. When this works it’s great. But I have officially burnt up 2 of the relays.I am a certified auto technician so I do know my way around relays. I am using it to turn on a 12v air compressor 18 amps so below the relays spec. First relay lasted a day, then it just stayed in constantly and could no longer connect via phone. I thought maybe it was me and got another relay. This one lasted a couple months and now it’s the same thing constantly on. Giving the compressor power. Possibly they rated the relays too high? Either way they are too expensive to keep replacing for a faulty product.

I love this thing! It works like a charm. Installation was easy and clean.
